Refund policy

We offer free returns within 14 days of delivery. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and ship out the item/s.Once your return request is approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no cost to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can log in to your account and locate the order to request a return thru the portal. Once your return request is approved, we will email a prepaid shipping label to make the process simple and easy.

Once item is received and the condition of the item is checked, Your return will be accepted.  You will receive a email advising you of the status of your refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene issues. The following items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be returned

  • Accessories
  • Swim/Lingerie
  • Beauty
  • Final Sale/Clearance Items

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exchanges
    We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your original purchase in accordance with our return policy and place a new order.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
